We are looking for a relationship-driven Corporate Sales Specialist to help grow our corporate gifting division across Western Canada.
The Opportunity
This is not a high-pressure “spray and pray” sales role. We are seeking someone who approaches sales thoughtfully and intentionally — someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and representing a premium brand with professionalism and care.
Your primary objective will be to generate qualified corporate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and secure corporate gifting orders for JACEK’s premium gifting program.
You’ll focus on identifying and engaging companies across industries including energy, real estate, law, finance, insurance and automotive dealerships.
Target markets will span Western Canada, from Manitoba to British Columbia, but open to any sales across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Outreach
- Prospect and identify target companies and qualified decision-makers
- Reach out through a combination of phone, LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Understand each company’s gifting programs, needs, timelines, and budgets
- Introduce JACEK’s corporate gifting offerings in a thoughtful and relationship-focused way
- Coordinate sample deliveries and introductory meetings for qualified prospects
Sales Process & Lead Management
- Create and execute a weekly sales plan
- Complete approximately 30–40 targeted outreach attempts per day using a multi-channel approach
- Qualify prospects and provide corporate brochures, gifting ideas, and recommendations
- Move the sale from interest to getting the quote approved
- Collaborate with JACEK’s internal sales team to transition approved orders into production and deposit processing
- Develop and maintain a basic CRM system to track leads, conversations, and opportunities
What Success Looks Like
Weekly KPIs
- 20 meaningful conversations with qualified prospects
Monthly KPIs
- 12 quotes sent for orders valued at $1,000+
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is polished, self-motivated, and relationship-oriented — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities.
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in B2B sales, SDR, or business development (3–7 years preferred)
- Comfortable selling into corporate teams including HR, marketing, administration, and executive support roles
- Confident with phone, in-person, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- A strong communicator who is professional, personable, and never pushy
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing their own pipeline
- Excited by premium brands, gifting, and relationship-based sales
- Bonus: experience selling luxury, premium, or design-forward products
